2027 CCLIP – 4th Street (Seneca Street to Metropolitan Avenue)

City Connecting Link Improvement Program (CCLIP)

The City is currently evaluating roadway improvements for 4th Street between Seneca Street and Metropolitan Avenue as part of the 2027 CCLIP program. A traffic study for this corridor is underway to assess existing conditions and inform the scope of work.

Planned improvements within this segment are anticipated to include localized pavement patching, mill and overlay, and restriping. Final design details and striping configurations will be determined following completion of the traffic study.
