Youth Basketball

A league for boys and girls in Grades 1 - 6. 

Fees:  $40/player; Late fee is an additional $25/player. **Scholarship does not cover late fee.**

Registration: 

• October 1 - October 31
• Late registration November 1 - November 15.  No registrations will be accepted after November 15.
• Online registration (convenience fees apply) available starting August 1.
• In-person registration at the Riverfront Community Center starting August 1.

**Scholarships are reviewed in person by appointment only. You must call Tabor Medill at 913-758-6648.**

Coaches will contact player's parents by December 1 regarding practices and schedules.

Schedule:

Practices:  Practice will start in December.  Coaches will be in touch with each team member by December 1.

Game Dates:  Saturdays in January and February.  Times to be announced.

*Eligible for scholarship use.  Late registration fee is not covered by the scholarship program.

Waiver:

Payment to attend this activity/class means you agree to the following:  "I hereby give my authorization for participation in the activities of the above-named recreation activity or class.  I assume all risks incidental to the conduct of the activities or class and release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Leavenworth Parks & Recreation Department, the sponsors and supervisors.  Further, in case of injury, I hereby waive all claims against the City of Leavenworth, its sponsors, or any supervisors appointed to them.
 
Photographs and videos taken by the City during the activity will be used for marketing purposes by the Parks & Recreation Department and will become the property of the City of Leavenworth.
