Parks and Recreation Introduce RecDesk

The City of Leavenworth is transitioning to a new online registration/reservation software program effective January 1, 2026.  Please login to create an account.  Once you have an account setup you will be able to register for programs and reserve facilities.  **NOTE** during the transition period to the new software, some items may be unavailable as their migration takes longer.  Please contact the Parks & Recreation Department at 913-651-2203 with any issues.

 

When completing your profile, please be aware of the following:

  • As a parent, please enter "Head of Household" and be sure to add all of your family members for easier registration in the future.
  • We will not be using RecDesk to text, so no need to select that option.

When registering for a program or event, please be aware of the following:

  • Convenience fees apply to all credit card purchases, whether in person or online.
  • Only credit cards may be used if registering online.
  • Beer permits to accompany park shelter reservations must now be purchased in person.
  • Noise permits to accompany park shelter reservations may be added to online checkout, and a form will be emailed for completion prior to sending to the City Manager for approval.
