Melissa Etheridge Tour #10: David Brewer Elementary School

Melissa attended David Brewer from kindergarten through the 5th grade. Built in 1956, the school was named after U.S. Supreme Court Justice and Leavenworth resident David J. Brewer (1837-1910).

Since it was constructed, the school has been remodeled three times, most recently in 2010. These renovations enlarged classroom sizes, upgraded utilities and added a FEMA-certified storm shelter.
