Storm Water Equipment Operator II

Storm Water Equipment Operator II: The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified, motivated applicants to perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled technical and maintenance work to support the maintenance and repair of all City storm water/sewer structures. 

Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED; 18 years of age; one year supervisory experience; 3-5 years’ experience in street repair, drainage functions and/or construction equipment operation with minimum 6 months experience in each of these areas; valid driver’s license; obtain Class B CDL within 1 year of employment, and a Class A CDL with air brake certification within one (1) year of hire and maintain for duration of employment.

Starting Salary: $40,642 plus excellent benefit package.
