Solarium Lunch Buffet

At the Solarium Buffet, our patrons will enjoy a wide selection of freshly prepared meats, fish, salads, side dishes and scrumptious desserts. Open three days a week with a different theme each day. TUESDAY: Home-style entrees including slow-roasted carved beef. THURSDAY: Italian fare like pasta and pizza. FRIDAY: Seafood from baked fish and breaded catfish to all-you-can-eat shrimp and southern fried chicken. NOTE: The Solarium Buffet is located inside the Frontier Conference Center on Fort Leavenworth.
